Dubai January 2015: all hotel rooms fully booked, all cabs occupied, the Sheikh Zayed Road completely blocked by traffic. There’s only one reason for this: the 40th edition of the Arab Health Conference in the Convention Center in Dubai.
Arab Health is one of the major healthcare events on the globe, with about 100.000 visitors and a broad coverage of solutions and services for healthcare. The conference was opened by His Excellence sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
A big part of the conference is covered by the Country Village, where countries from all over the world represent their offering to the international healthcare market. The Belgian Pavilion had a nice set-up close to our neighbors France and Germany.
Together with our friends from different companies like Architect Boeckx and Partners, Medicleanair and many more, we could participate to this Belgian representation. As the only Healthcare Consulting Company in the Belgian Pavilion we could present our services to the local and international providers. Our international contacts and visitors expressed the international need for optimizing healthcare operations, for defining clear strategic insight in healthcare initiatives and for integrating and shaping the IT solutions to support the healthcare activities.
Our friends of QBMT, a company from Ostende who developed a first healthcare robot named Zora, presented Zora in a very professional and catching way.
We asked Zora to talk about hict and this is what she told the public about our company:
Thanks to the partners of Boeckx Architecture and Engineering to invite hict at their boot!
We look forward to a successful follow up of the many contacts.
