Process Improvement

Efficiency & effectiveness are of vital importance in all processes/in all hospital units. Our different STER-k@ programmes, aimed towards both the care units and the supporting units, help to map the functioning of a unit/service, with a focus on organisation & direction, efficiency & effectiveness of the processes, effort of the employees according to the activities and cooperation with/support by other (logistic) services and help to make a proposition of the possible improvements.

 

Our programmes 'Increase of patient satisfaction and quality/safety of care' and 'Logistic support core processes' regard the experience of the patient on the one hand (waiting times, patient flow, service) and the supporting logistic services within the hospital on the other hand (purchase, pharmacy, kitchen, ...). The aim of these programmes is also to facilitate the processes without losing quality or service.
