Hict and Ascend Solutions Ltd. are solidifying their commercial partnership through an official commercial partnership agreement.
Ascend Solutions Ltd. is in practice not a new partner to Hict as we have worked together on certain projects in Saudi Arabia. However, both parties see the added value of a closer commercial partnership in their respective goal to optimise healthcare in the region.
This commercial partnership will add Hict's expertise and solutions to Ascend's portfolio, and will allow for an accelerated introduction of Hict's expertise and solutions into the Saudi market as well as a bigger account management presence. The partnership also gives way for further introduction of Kerteza's (sister company) solutions and services (laboratory optimisation, quality, training) into the Saudi market and for THE Institute's (close partnership) portfolio (training, leadership, hospital management).
The healthcare sector is a fast-changing market and the transformation driven by the Vision 2030 requires shifting quickly, and to create and implement solutions. Hict foresees a broader and more thorough coverage with this agreement in our effort for an improved and high quality contribution to the transformation of the healthcare sector and to the healthcare providers.
