Sebastian is an expert health economist with a keen interest in pragmatic health economic modeling and the meaningful translation of health economics to real world messaging. With a background in computer science engineering, a PhD in biomedical engineering and research experience in a clinical trial research unit, he has consistently worked on the crossroads of applied and medical science during his career . Over the past decade, his main focus has been on health economics. Together with Ann, he heads Hict's Value and HEMAR teams.
