A Population Health Management platform would enable healthcare providers to better manage and understand population health trends.

Hict is looking to invest in an internal platform for population health management. This platform will be designed to enable healthcare providers to better manage and understand population health trends, which will ultimately help to improve patient outcomes. To achieve this, we are looking for interns who can assist in various aspects of the platform's development.

The platform will use data from various sources to provide insights into patient health, risk factors, and trends. The platform will also enable healthcare providers to create personalised care plans for patients, based on their individual health needs and risk factors.

Expectations:

Be self-motivated, curious, and excited about working on a cutting-edge project that has the potential to make a real impact in the healthcare industry.
Have a strong interest in data analysis, visualization, or software development.
Have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
Work on various aspects of the platform's development, including searching for datasets, visualizing data, developing a dashboard, and contributing to the search for scientific literature.
Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to better understand the needs of healthcare providers and patients.
