The Sint-Dimpna Hospital in Geel wants to distinguish itself in the region with its care offerings. Hict assists in this by translating general strategic goals into concrete policy plans per hospital department
Hict's approach was very interactive. The daily follow-up was done in close cooperation between an internal project group and an external group. This approach made it possible to maximise the involvement of a wider group in order to be able to interpret and validate the strategic elements.
All results were validated with hospital management.
