We are excited to announce our Summer Internship Program for 2026, featuring project-based positions designed to accelerate your learning and career growth.
We're looking for proactive, innovative, and skilled candidates eager to dive into healthcare consultancy. If, like us, you're passionate about optimising healthcare, this is the perfect opportunity to hone your skills and make an impact.
During your time at Hict, you'll be expected to collaborate effectively, take initiative, and contribute to our ongoing projects. In return, you'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and valuable job market insights to help you navigate your career path as a young graduate.
In addition to your specific internship project, you may be involved in other ongoing projects or internal processes, offering a glimpse into various consultant responsibilities.
In general, our internships are organized during the summer. If you would like to do an internship during another period, do not hesitate to reach out. To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
Your internship can be for credits in your Master’s or purely on a voluntary basis.
Please not that this is an unpaid internship at our office in Ghent. Applicants should be able to commute to our location for the duration of the internship. Compensations for accommodations cannot be foreseen.
We are organizing an online info session to present the internships at Hict, the possible topics, and what is expected.
